A useful tool to keep your email more organized is by creating email labels.
To do this…
Go to Gmail → Settings → See all settings.
Within the settings, go to the Labels section and click “Create new label.”
After clicking “Create new label”, we will add the name of the label.
I have created several labels to keep my email more organized. For example, I have:
SMX Teachers, SMX Students Illa, SMX Students, Me.
