Job Description & Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with our senior technicians to maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Linux).
  • Assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware, laptops, and peripherals (printers, screens).
  • Setting up and testing local networks (checking Wi-Fi connection, routers, switches, and network cabling).
  • Providing basic technical support (Helpdesk) to users via email, phone, or in person.
  • Managing user accounts and access permissions in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Candidate Requirements

1. Hard Skills (Technical Knowledge)

  • Basic knowledge of computer components and hardware assembly.
  • Familiarity with operating systems installation (Windows and Linux environment).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, LAN, Wi-Fi configuration).
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and manuals in English (B1/B2 level).

2. Soft Skills (Personal Skills)

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Team player, responsible, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.

3. Education & Experience

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from a Vocational Education and Training (VET) program in IT (like 1st year of SMX – Sistemes Microinformàtics i Xarxes).
  • No previous professional experience is required, but personal IT projects or small internships will be valued.

  • Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week), from Monday to Friday.
  • Work Modality: Hybrid. Mostly on-site during the training period, with options for remote work (teleworking) 2 days a week later.
  • Salary: Competitive junior salary (entry-level, between €16,000 – €18,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s profile).

Selection Process
